3 and 4 year olds

Miss Emma managed two 'outstanding' nurseries in the UK for almost a decade, and was appointed by OFSTED as an Inspector. She specialised in 'The Early Years 3 - 7' during her four year teacher training (BEd Hons) and has QTS.
She focused on Behaviour Management, PSED and Dyslexia within a Masters Degree undertaken at Nottingham University, and is currently undertaking Doctoral studies at the University of Reading.

Follow her work in the early years on the dedicated EY site, including the new online pilot for parents.

The Neurodiversity Paradigm

Miss Emma is partnering with Dr Grace Elliott. to offer training and consultancy. Two brains are better than one!

Both Emma Hartnell-Baker and Grace Elliott are neurodivergent, however no two brains are alike. To meet the needs of individuals parents and educators explore ways to value and celebrate each learner as individuals.
